This policy explains what personal information Audrey Fashion LLC (“we”, “us”), trading as Audrey USA, collects through audreyrossie.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect
You give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, order contents, and anything you write to us. If you create an account, your password is stored encrypted, not in readable form.
Your payment details: card numbers are entered directly into our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored on our servers. We receive only the card brand, the last four digits and the authorisation result.
Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and cookie identifiers.
2. Why we use it
- To take payment, pack and ship your order, and keep you updated about it.
- To handle returns, refunds, exchanges and customer service.
- To prevent and investigate fraud and card testing.
- To send marketing email or SMS, only where you asked for it.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what each company needs to do its job:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
4. Cookies, pixels and advertising
We use cookies, web beacons, pixels and similar storage technologies from third parties — including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google — to collect or receive information from this website and elsewhere on the internet. Those third parties use that information to provide measurement services and to target and deliver advertising to you.

5. Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and tick the SMS box, we send order updates and — separately, only if you asked for it — promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, share or transfer your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in data to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We share your mobile number with our SMS provider only to deliver the messages you asked for. Full terms are on our SMS Terms page.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and transaction records: 7 years, for tax and accounting law.
- Account details: until you ask us to delete the account.
- Marketing consent records, including SMS opt-in evidence: for as long as you are subscribed and at least 4 years after the last message we send you.
- Opt-out and do-not-contact records: at least 5 years, because we must be able to prove we honoured your request.
- Website analytics: up to 26 months.
7. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop marketing to you. Email support@audreyrossie.com and we respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended gives you the right to know what we collect and why, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not knowingly share the personal information of anyone under 16. To exercise any of these rights, email support@audreyrossie.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line, or call 415-623-0946.
If you live in Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Virginia or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have equivalent rights and may appeal a decision we make by replying to our response.
8. Children
This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email support@audreyrossie.com and we will delete it.
9. Security
The whole site runs over HTTPS. Card data is captured by Stripe in a secure frame on Stripe’s own systems, so it never touches our servers. Access to order data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you and the relevant authorities if a breach affects your information, as the law requires.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and we will tell you by email before any change that materially affects how we use information you have already given us.
