The agreement between you and Audrey usa when you use this store or place an order.

Acceptance

By browsing this store, creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and, if you opt in, our SMS Terms.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

Products & descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can. Colours shown on screen vary with your display and are not a guarantee of the exact shade. Small variations in natural fibres, hand-finished garments and dye lots are characteristic of the product and are not defects.

Pricing & errors

All prices are in [US dollars] and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. The total shown immediately before you place the order is the total you will be charged. Where an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. You are never charged a corrected price without your agreement.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, where an address cannot be served, or where quantities exceed normal personal use.

Payment & authorisation

Reviews & user content

We publish reviews from real customers. Reviews come only from verified purchasers, we publish positive and negative reviews alike, and we never write, buy, incentivise, edit or suppress a review to change the overall rating. We remove a review only where it contains personal data, abuse, unlawful content or spam, and we tell the author when we do.

By submitting a review or photograph you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in connection with the product. You can ask us to remove your content at any time.

Prohibited uses

• Using the store for any unlawful purpose
• Buying for resale, or in quantities beyond normal personal use, without our written agreement
• Scraping, crawling, or using bots to access the store or place orders
• Interfering with the store’s security or attempting unauthorised access
• Submitting false, fraudulent or stolen payment details
• Harassing our staff or other customers

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Except for the express commitments in these terms and our policies, and except for warranties that cannot be excluded by law, the store and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law & disputes
