Email support@audreyrossie.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we send you a Return Authorisation number and the returns address the same business day. The full terms are on our Returns & Refunds page.

Where is my order?

Your tracking number is in your dispatch email and under My Account → Orders. Orders are packed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–5. If tracking has not moved for 3 business days, email us and we open a trace with the carrier.
